Position Summary

Assist the Executive Housekeeper in supervising daily housekeeping and laundry operations.

Essential Functions

1. Maintain the room inspection program's consistency.
2. Inspect rooms, lobbies, and halls daily.
3. Assist with daily work assignments distribution.
4. Adjust work schedules based on occupancy.
5. Act as the Executive Housekeeper in their absence.
6. Coordinate with front desk and other departments to meet guest requests.
7. Clean rooms as needed or requested.
8. Supervise room attendants to ensure timely cleaning of guest rooms and suites.

Additional Responsibilities

• Follow all hotel work rules, procedures, and policies, including those in the employee handbook.

Education and Experience

• Experience in training.
• Previous housekeeping experience.

Skills and Abilities

• Perform all housekeeping duties, including cleaning rooms and laundry.
