Job summary

The Cedars of Chapel Hill is an upscale retirement community seeking a dedicated full-time Housekeeper to maintain daily cleanliness of common areas, residential units, rest rooms, dining rooms, offices, and furniture. The role emphasizes a high level of customer service and clear English communication with residents and families.

Must understand instructions in English and communicate effectively. Prior housekeeping experience in a hotel or country club is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily cleanliness and sanitation of all assigned areas including common areas, hallways, units, rest rooms, dining rooms, offices, and furniture.
• Provide high level of customer service and communicate effectively with residents and families.
• Hours: Full Time - Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm.

Housekeeping employees are responsible for daily cleanliness & sanitation of all assigned common areas, hallways, residential units, rest rooms, dining rooms, offices & furniture, etc., a high degree of customer service skills highly desirable. Must have the ability to understand and follow instructions in English and communicate effectively. Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel/country club environment preferred but not required.

Hours: Full Time - Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm
