Job summary

The Cedars of Chapel Hill is an upscale retirement community seeking a housekeeping professional for daily cleaning and sanitation of common areas, residential units, rest rooms, dining rooms, offices and furniture. Strong customer service and English communication skills are preferred.

Hours: Full Time - Monday to Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm. We offer a benefits package including paid time off and competitive wages. The organization emphasizes diversity and equal opportunity employment.

• Previous housekeeping experience in hotel/country club environment preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Daily cleanliness & sanitation of all assigned areas (common areas, hallways, residential units, rest rooms, dining rooms, offices & furniture).
• Maintain a high level of customer service in interactions with residents and staff.
• Ensure environment is safe, clean, and focused on the customer.

Housekeeping employees are responsible for daily cleanliness & sanitation of all assigned common areas, hallways, residential units, rest rooms, dining rooms, offices & furniture, etc., a high degree of customer service skills highly desirable. Must have the ability to understand and follow instructions in English and communicate effectively. Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel/country club environment preferred but not required.

Hours: Full Time - Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm
