Qualifications

• Requires knowledge, skills, and mental abilities equivalent to completion of 2 years of high school.
• Previous cleaning experience is useful but not required.
• Strong customer service focus and team orientation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and positive environment for guests and team members.
• Perform various hotel cleaning tasks to keep rooms clean and well-maintained.
• Visually inspect rooms to identify maintenance needs.
• Assist guests with linens, towels, amenities, or information upon request.
• Support laundry and public areas as needed.
