Qualifications

• Requires knowledge, skill and mental ability equivalent to completion of 2 years of high school.
• Experience in cleaning is useful but not necessary.
• Must be able to stand and walk for the entire shift.
• Must be able to lift 25–35 pounds intermittently.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and positive guest environment.
• Perform daily cleaning of hotel rooms to standards.
• Assist guests with supplies and information as needed.
• Help in laundry or public areas when required.
• Provide friendly, courteous service and respond promptly to requests.
