Job summary

Drury Inn - 2220 N. Westwood Blvd., Poplar Bluff, MO 63901 is hiring full-time and part-time housekeepers. You will maintain clean guest rooms, restock supplies, and assist guests while upholding Drury's service standards.

We offer a quarterly bonus up to $3,200, hotel discounts, PTO, and a company-matched 401(k). Prior cleaning experience is not required, and you can grow with internal promotions in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• No previous cleaning experience required.
• Requires knowledge, skill and mental ability equivalent to completion of 2 years of high school.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to work without supervision.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of hotel cleaning tasks to keep guest rooms clean per policy.
• Inspect rooms to identify maintenance needs.
• Assist guests by providing linens, towels, or amenities on request.
• Support laundry/public areas as needed.
• Provide friendly, courteous service with a Service +1 attitude.
