In this role you’ll perform daily cleaning tasks, inspect rooms, assist guests with requests, and contribute to a positive guest experience with a friendly, service-driven attitude. Training and support are provided to help you succeed.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain a clean and positive environment for guests and team members.
• Ensure guest experiences are exceptional and positive.
• Perform various hotel cleaning tasks to keep rooms clean per standards.
• Visually inspect rooms to identify maintenance needs.
• Assist guests with linens, towels, amenities, or information on request.
• Provide courteous service with a Service +1 attitude.
• Follow verbal and written instructions and cleaning protocols.
• May assist with laundry and public spaces when needed.
