Job summary

MasterCorp, Inc. is hiring Housekeepers to clean resort property units and maintain high cleanliness standards. You will follow the company mission and values while turning units on time and ensuring guest satisfaction.

We offer competitive pay up to $20 per hour, with paid training, immediate hire, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, vision, dental, and PTO. Prior housekeeping experience is preferred but not required, with an emphasis on reliability and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in housekeeping preferred, but not required.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds (with or without accommodation).
• Ability to read, write and do basic math.
• Strong work ethic and timeliness.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high standard of excellence in cleaning
• Strip units of soiled linens and remove trash
• Clean all unit areas including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens and living spaces
• Report units vacant and ready for inspection
• Address maintenance issues per company procedure
• Report damaged items and missing inventory to Supervisor
• Attend training sessions and apply learned skills
• Ensure safe working environment and timely unit turnover
