Job summary

MasterCorp, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to uphold high standards of cleanliness across resort units. You will follow our mission and values, ensuring timely turnover and guest satisfaction with every stay.

No prior experience required; the role offers paid training, immediate hire, and a full benefits package after 6 months, including PTO, medical, vision and dental, with pay up to $19 per hour.

Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping experience is preferred but not required.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic math.
• Personal timeliness and reliability are essential.

Responsibilities

• Meet quality and timeliness standards in cleaning resort property units.
• Follow company mission and values in every shift.
• Strip units of soiled linens and remove trash.
• Clean units (bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living spaces).
• Report unit status as vacant and ready for inspection.
• Report maintenance and inventory issues to supervisor.
• Handle carpets, drapes, furniture and linens with care when needed.
• Attend training sessions and apply training practically.
• Maintain a safe working environment and cleanliness of storage areas.
