Job summary

MasterCorp, Inc. is seeking a dependable Housekeeper to clean resort property units and support guest satisfaction. You will follow the company mission, maintain cleanliness, and turn units on time with urgency.

Training is provided and pay is competitive with opportunities to grow within the organization. The role requires physical work and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds, with benefits including medical, vision and dental plans, PTO, and paid training.

Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping experience preferred, but not required.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds and handle physical tasks.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to cleanliness.
• Good reading, writing and basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standard of excellence in cleaning resort units.
• Strip units of soiled linens and remove trash.
• Clean bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and other spaces.
• Report units as vacant and ready for inspection.
• Report maintenance issues and inventory shortages to supervisor.
• Attend training sessions and apply training practically.
• Ensure a safe working environment and prompt guest service.
• Turn units on time with a sense of urgency.
