Job summary

ViziRecruiter, LLC. is seeking a Housekeeping Assistant Shift Manager in Aurora, Colorado, responsible for supervising staff and managing daily operations on a designated shift. This role includes ensuring cleaning standards are upheld and compliance with OSHA regulations.

The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma and preferably an Associate degree, along with the ability to lead a team and maintain operational standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• High School Diploma required.
• Associate degree (A.A.) in related field preferred.
• Two years related experience and/or training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises staff and manages daily tasks of the shift.
• Ensures cleaning standards are met in the Casino property.
• Responsible for inspecting completed work.
• Maintains supply inventory according to standards.
• Ensures compliance with OSHA standards.
