Presbyterian Homes & Services – Carondelet Village in St. Paul, MN seeks a Housekeeping Services Manager to lead the housekeeping team and ensure high standards of cleanliness.

The role reports to the Site Leader or Environmental Services Director and involves planning, organizing and directing staff within regulatory policies. You will participate in site plans for safety, security, and goal attainment, working with residents and staff to maintain a welcoming environment across assisted living,

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Familiar with the basic principles of sanitation.
• Previous supervisory experience.
• Demonstrated organizational, administrative, leadership and prioritization skills.
• Must have flexibility, personal integrity and ability to work effectively with residents, coworkers, family members and the general public.
• Demonstrated compatibility with the PHS mission and operating philosophies.
• Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language to communicate with all customers.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, develop, evaluate and effectively direct the Housekeeping Services staff in order to ensure uncompromising levels of cleanliness in work areas, buildings, and grounds consistent with regulations, established policies, procedures and best practices.
• As a member of the site leadership team, the Housekeeping Services Manager is responsible for participating in the planning and implementation of strategies and programming that assure a safe and secure environment while achieving short and long-term goals and objectives for the site.
