Presbyterian Homes & Services – Carondelet Village in St. Paul, MN seeks a Housekeeping Services Manager to lead the housekeeping team and ensure high standards of cleanliness.

The role reports to the Site Leader or Environmental Services Director and involves planning, organizing and directing staff within regulatory policies. You will participate in site plans for safety, security, and goal attainment, working with residents and staff to maintain a welcoming environment across assisted living,

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Familiar with the basic principles of sanitation.
• Previous supervisory experience.
• Demonstrated organizational, administrative, leadership and prioritization skills.
• Must have flexibility, personal integrity and ability to work effectively with residents, coworkers, family members and the general public.
• Demonstrated compatibility with the PHS mission and operating philosophies.
• Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language to communicate with all customers.

Presbyterian Homes & Services - Carondelet Village is seeking a Housekeeping Services Manager for its team.

SCHEDULE/HOURS: Monday - Friday Business Hours with Occasional Weekends

REPORTING STRUCTURE: The Housekeeping Services Manager reports to the Site Leader or Director assigned responsibility for Environmental Services and supervisors Housekeeping staff.

Pay Range

The estimated starting pay range for this role is $22.12 - $27.65 per hour. This good faith estimate is based upon PHS's typical starting pay range for this role. Actual pay range depends upon many factors including each individual employee's qualifications and market conditions and is subject to change.
