Job summary

Presbyterian Homes & Services (PHS) seeks a Housekeeping Services Manager for Carondelet Village in St. Paul, MN, to lead housekeeping staff and ensure top-tier cleanliness across facilities.

Reporting to the Site Leader or Environmental Services Director, you will collaborate with leadership to implement strategies that maintain a safe, welcoming environment for residents, families and staff, with weekday hours and occasional weekends.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Familiar with the basic principles of sanitation.
• Previous supervisory experience.
• Demonstrated organizational, administrative, leadership and prioritization skills.
• Must have flexibility, personal integrity and ability to work effectively with residents, coworkers, family members and the general public.

Presbyterian Homes & Services - Carondelet Village is seeking a Housekeeping Services Manager for its team.

SCHEDULE/HOURS: Monday - Friday Business Hours with Occasional Weekends

REPORTING STRUCTURE:The Housekeeping Services Manager reports to the Site Leader or Director assigned responsibility for Environmental Services and supervisors Housekeeping staff.

Responsibilities

The Housekeeping Services Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, developing, evaluating and effectively directing the Housekeeping Services staff in order to ensure uncompromising levels of cleanliness in work areas, buildings, and grounds consistent with regulations, established policies, procedures and best practices.

As a member of the site leadership team, the Housekeeping Services Manager is responsible for participating in the planning and implementation of strategies and programming that assure a safe and secure environment while achieving short and long-term goals and objectives for the site.

Pay Range

The estimated starting pay range for this role is $22.12 - $27.65 per hour. This good faith estimate is based upon PHS’s typical starting pay range for this role. Actual pay range depends upon many factors including each individual employee’s qualifications and market conditions and is subject to change.
