ESFM USA, the facilities management division of Compass Group USA, seeks a Housekeeping Service Manager in Chesterfield, Missouri. You will support the EVS/housekeeping department, ensuring quality, staffing, scheduling, and customer service.

Key responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness, coordinating staff, planning project work, and contributing to quality assurance. The role requires supervisory experience, strong communication, and budgeting awareness.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of supervisory/management experience.
• Strong work ethic, initiative for quality and customer service.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills both one-on-one and in group situations.
• Understanding of budgeting processes and profit/loss concepts.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a high level of cleanliness in assigned areas.
• Participates in recruitment and staff selection process.
• Assists with housekeeper scheduling.
• Assigns established work areas and/or project duties.
• Plans and coordinates project work.
• Attends and participates in departmental staff meetings, development and training courses.
• Provides and monitors individual guidance and motivation to employees.
• Participates in facility Quality Assurance Program as required.
