Job summary

Cornerstone Residential is seeking a Part-Time Housekeeper to maintain cleanliness of vacant apartment homes, the leasing office, clubhouse and amenities to enhance and maintain property appeal.

Shifts are Tuesday and Thursday, 1 hour per day, at $18 per hour, with duties including cleaning the leasing office, model, and common-area restrooms, and ensuring market-ready show units. A valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on the property is required.

Responsibilities

• Cleans the leasing office, clubhouse and common-area restrooms, the model(s), amenities and vacant apartment homes on a daily basis or as directed by the appropriate supervisor.
• Ensures all vacant apartment homes and targeted show units are freshened throughout the day to maintain market-ready appeal.
• Assists in the make-ready process by performing additional duties requested by Property Manager and/or Assistant Manager.
• Informs appropriate supervisor of any observed hazard or potentially dangerous situation to residents, team members, guests, and others.
• Maintains an appropriate inventory of cleaning supplies, and informs the appropriate supervisor when a re-order is necessary.

JOB SUMMARY:

The Housekeeper performs tasks to ensure the overall cleanliness and proper appearance of vacant apartment homes, leasing office, and other amenities to enhance and maintain property appeal.

CLASSIFICATION:

Part-Time, Hourly/Non-Exempt

SHIFT:

Tuesday and Thursday 1 hour a day

COMPENSATION:

$18 per hour

Requirements

EXPERIENCE:

• Incumbents must have valid driver’s license to operate a golfcart on property.

Preferred

• Bilingual or multilingual skills
• HUD/LIHTC Experience
