Greystar Worldwide, LLC in Albuquerque, NM is seeking a part-time Property Maintenance/Housekeeping associate responsible for cleaning leasing offices, clubhouses, model units and vacant apartments to maintain market-ready appeal and overall property presentation.

You will restock supplies, assist in make-ready tasks, monitor safety hazards, and work a flexible schedule including some evenings, weekends and holidays. A valid driver’s license is required to operate a golf cart on the property.

Responsibilities

• Cleans the leasing office, clubhouse and common-area restrooms, the model(s), amenities and vacant apartment homes on a daily basis or as directed by the supervisor.
• Ensures all vacant apartment homes and show units are freshened to maintain market-ready appeal.
• Assists in the make-ready process by performing additional duties as requested by Service Manager, Community Manager and/or Assistant Manager.
• Informs supervisor of any hazard or dangerous situation to residents, team members, guests, and others.
• Maintains inventory of cleaning supplies and notifies supervisor when re-orders are necessary.

JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

Performs tasks to ensure the overall cleanliness and proper appearance of vacant apartment homes, leasing office, and other amenities to enhance and maintain property appeal.

Essential Responsibilities:

• 1. Cleans the leasing office, clubhouse and common‑area restrooms, the model(s), amenities and vacant apartment homes on a daily basis or as directed by the appropriate supervisor.
• 2. Ensures all vacant apartment homes and targeted show units are freshened throughout the day to maintain market‑ready appeal.
• 3. Assists in the make‑ready process by performing additional duties requested by Service Manager, Community Manager and/or Assistant Manager.
• 4. Informs appropriate supervisor of any observed hazard or potentially dangerous situation to residents, team members, guests, and others.
• 5. Maintains an appropriate inventory of cleaning supplies, and informs the appropriate supervisor when a re‑order is necessary.

Required Licenses or Certifications:

• Incumbents must have valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.

Physical Demands:

• Incumbents need to be able to stand, walk, and/or sit for extended periods of time and bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects, and crawl in confined areas.
• Incumbents must be able to work inside and outside in all weather conditions (rain, snow, heat, hail, wind, sleet).
• Incumbents must be able to push, pull, lift, carry, or maneuver weights of up to twenty‑five (25) pounds independently and fifty (50) pounds with assistance.
• Rare or regular travel may be required to assist other properties as needed, attend training classes, business meetings, or other situations necessary for the accomplishment of some or all of the daily responsibilities of this position.
• Incumbents must be able to work a flexible work schedule, which includes taking “call” during evenings, weekends and holidays.

Usually Monday thru Friday 8 AM to 6 PM. Some Saturdays. Must have flexibility in hours.

Additional Compensation:

Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including business requirements, prior experience, current skills and geographical location.

• Corporate Positions:Inaddition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participateina quarterly or annual bonus program based onindividual and company performance.
• Onsite Property Positions:Inaddition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participatein weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly bonus programs.
