Job summary

Greystar is seeking a dedicated on-site cleaner to maintain vacant apartment homes, the leasing office, and common areas to enhance curb appeal. You will ensure show units remain market-ready and support make-ready tasks as needed by property managers.

Role requires a valid driver’s license for golf cart operation on property, with opportunities for bonus programs based on performance and strong benefits package including health coverage and paid time off.

Responsibilities

• Cleans the leasing office, clubhouse and common-area restrooms, the model(s), amenities and vacant apartment homes on a daily basis or as directed by the appropriate supervisor.
• Ensures all vacant apartment homes and targeted show units are freshened throughout the day to maintain market-ready appeal.
• Assists in the make-ready process by performing additional duties requested by appropriate Managers/Supervisors.
• Informs appropriate supervisor of any observed hazard or potentially dangerous situation to residents, team members, guests, and others.
• Maintains an inventory of cleaning supplies, and informs the appropriate supervisor when a re-order is necessary.

Required Licenses or Certifications

• Incumbents must have valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.

The hourly range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00

Additional Compensation

• Corporate Positions:Inaddition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participateina quarterly or annual bonus program based onindividual and company performance.
• Onsite Property Positions:Inaddition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participatein weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly bonus programs.
