Job summary

Westgate Resorts is seeking a Houseperson/Runner to support the housekeeping team by delivering supplies, handling trash, and keeping guest rooms and common areas tidy. You will greet guests, respond to requests, and assist in stocking linen closets while walking the property daily to maintain a welcoming environment.

The role requires a flexible, friendly, and customer-focused attitude, with the ability to lift 50 pounds, work outdoors in varying weather, and pass a background check and drug

In this exciting role, you will:

• Provide support to housekeepers by delivering supplies, removing trash, and cleaning common areas
• Deliver requested items to guest units promptly and efficiently
• Greet guests and respond to their requests in a friendly and helpful manner
• Stock linen closets and other storage areas
• Walk the property daily to ensure cleanliness and a welcoming environment
• Report any maintenance issues to the housekeeping supervisor
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
