Westgate Resorts in Missouri is seeking a reliable Housekeeper for part-time, weekends-only shifts to help maintain clean guest rooms. You will join a team that values hospitality, teamwork, accountability, and professional growth.

As a Housekeeper, you must lift 35 lbs, work outdoors in varying weather, and meet quality standards while collaborating with others to ensure guest satisfaction. Daily Pay and a smoke-free workplace are among the benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 35lbs and work in outdoor weather conditions.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Consistently meet quality and timeliness standards in the cleaning of all assigned rooms.
• Achieve a productivity goal of 12 credits per day, with credits assigned based on the size and type of service required.
• Deliver to our guest rooms free of critical defects by maintaining a unit inspection score of 90% or above, adhering to the resort's established guidelines.
• Perform room cleaning tasks, including stripping units, removing all trash, and cleaning various areas such as bathrooms, kitchens, living rooms, closets, and decks.
• Utilize equipment and supplies responsibly, following established procedures to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Immediately report any Lost & Found items, adhering to established protocols to assist in guest satisfaction.
• Foster a collaborative team environment and be willing to assist with other duties as necessary to support the team.
• Other duties may be assigned, contributing to the overall success and excellence of our housekeeping operations.
