Job Summary

A Guest Request Attendant is responsible for delivering Housekeeping items in response to guest requests, contributing to the hotel's commitment to outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Retrieve, clean, shine, and return guest shoes
• Prepare rollaways and cribs and return them to designated storage areas
• Assist in maintaining Housekeeping storerooms, closets, and offices
• Pick up and deliver faxes and messages from Communications/PBX
• Polish brass fixtures as needed
• Greet guests in a friendly manner
