DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Orlando – Disney Springs Area is looking for a Part-Time Made Market Attendant to join their Food and Beverage team! This 236-room property is an official Walt Disney World hotel located less than a mile from shopping, dining, and entertainment at Disney Springs.

The ideal candidate will hold comparable experience in customer service and have full availability to work the ever-changing schedule of hospitality. This is a fantastic opportunity for those seeking to begin their hospitality career.

Shift Pattern: 3 shifts per week, starting as early as 6:30AM and ending as late as 11:30PM, over weekdays, weekends and holidays, as needed.

Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour

What will I be doing?

As a Market Associate, you would be responsible for assisting guests and selling merchandise in a timely, friendly and efficient manner in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Greet and acknowledge guests upon arrival in the shop
  • Demonstrate knowledge of merchandise, styling and pricing
  • Accurately total, process and collect payments from guests to include, but not limited to, using the point-of-sale system, handling money, processing credit and debit cards, making change and processing gift certificates and cards
  • Wrap merchandise and pack orders for shipping
  • Assist in conducting inventory and ensure adequate merchandise supply levels
  • Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
