Overview

Maintain hotel rooms and facilities to ensure a safe and clean environment for guests, staff, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Clean bathrooms, walls, mirrors, tiles, counters, and floors using appropriate cleaning tools and agents.
• Follow cleaning procedures and safety instructions.
• Strip and make beds, including changing linens, which may involve lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Dust furniture, pictures, shelves, and other surfaces thoroughly.
• Vacuum rooms and empty trash bins.
• Replenish amenities, linens, and supplies in guest rooms.
• Manage room keys, transport supplies, inspect rooms for cleanliness, and mark completion.
• Maintain regular attendance and be available for work shifts.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Ability to scrub surfaces and work in confined spaces, extending arms overhead.
• Willingness to assist coworkers and work as part of a team.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment operation.
• Ability to push/pull up to 100 lbs. with or without accommodations.
• Effective communication skills, adaptable to different audiences.
