What You’ll Do

As a valued member of our housekeeping team, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring an exceptional guest experience by:

• Performing a variety of cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing.
• Ensuring all rooms meet our high standards of cleanliness and are thoroughly inspected.
• Maintaining and protecting equipment while reporting any damages, deficits, or disturbances.
• Responding to guest requests and concerns with professionalism and patience.
• Monitoring and replenishing supplies as needed.
• Following all health, safety, and company policies to maintain a secure work environment.

What You Bring

• Ability to read, write, and follow instructions.
• A flexible schedule, including availability for days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds, stand for extended periods, and perform tasks such as bending, kneeling, and handling cleaning equipment.
• A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a team-player mindset.
• Passion for cleanliness and creating a welcoming environment for guests.
• Previous housekeeping or similar experience is a plus.
• A high school diploma or GED is preferred but not required.
