Responsibilities

1. Service and clean guest rooms according to Omni standards.
2. Respond appropriately to guest requests.
3. Complete full cleaning of assigned rooms (16-18 rooms per day).
4. Keep supply carts neat and organized.
5. Ensure supply carts are placed in rooms with doors shut during service.
6. Use Room Attendant signs and door stoppers appropriately.
7. Check equipment for proper working order before and after use.
8. Remove trays and tables from guest rooms.
9. Follow Lost and Found procedures to return guest belongings safely.
10. Coordinate with Housekeeping for linen pickup.
11. Record room status in the phone system before and after cleaning.
12. Maintain hallways free of linen and debris.
13. Be knowledgeable about hotel facilities and events.
14. Prioritize cleaning VIP rooms.
15. Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and staff.

Qualifications

• Ability to maintain a 4-Diamond level of service.
• Ability to work on special projects with management.

• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
