The Hilton North Scottsdale at Cavasson is looking for an energetic Room Attendant to join our housekeeping team. Ideal candidates have flexible availability, excellent customer service skills, great attention to detail, and a desire to maintain guest rooms to ensure an exceptional experience.

Primary Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean guest bathrooms, including mirrors, sinks, tubs, tiles, shower curtains, and mopping floors.
• Clean guest bedrooms, including replacing bedding, cleaning tables, chairs, lamps.
• Empty trash, vacuum, dust, and mop.
• Replenish amenities such as soaps, shampoos, conditioners, and coffee products.
• Keep storage areas and carts well-stocked, clean, and organized.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills

• Able to clean a minimum of 15 rooms per 7.5-hour shift to Hilton standards.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to meet the physical demands of the position, including remaining stationary for long periods and transporting up to 50 pounds.
• Guest engagement and effective communication skills.
• Detail-oriented.

Required Experience

• Previous housekeeping experience preferred.
• Previous hotel experience preferred.
