Job description

The Hilton North Scottsdale at Cavasson is looking for an energetic Room Attendant to join our housekeeping team. Ideal candidates have flexible availability, excellent customer service skills, great attention to detail, and a desire to maintain guest rooms to ensure an exceptional experience.

Primary Responsibilities

1. Thoroughly clean guest bathrooms, to include mirrors, sinks, tubs, tiles, shower curtain, and mopping floors.
2. Clean all areas of guest bedrooms, including replacing bedding, cleaning tables, chairs, and lamps.
3. Empty trash, vacuum, dust, and mop.
4. Replenish all amenities, soaps, shampoos, conditioner, and coffee products.
5. Keep storage areas and carts well-stocked, clean, and organized.
6. Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills:

1. Able to clean a minimum of 15 rooms per a 7.5-hour shift to Hilton standards.
2. High school diploma or equivalent.
3. Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position, including remaining stationary for long periods and the ability to transport up to 50 pounds.
4. Guest engagement and the ability to effectively communicate.
5. Detail-oriented.

Required Experience:

1. Previous housekeeping experience preferred.
2. Previous hotel experience preferred.
