Job Description

What You Will Accomplish

• Anticipate guest expectations
• Clean guest rooms as assigned, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, and vacuuming
• Change and replenish bed linens, towels, and guest amenities as needed
• Perform deep cleaning tasks as needed or assigned
• Stock, maintain, and transport housekeeping supply cart daily
• Dispose of trash and recyclables
• Respond to special guest requests promptly and courteously
• Demonstrate teamwork responsiveness when asked to perform tasks consistent with Hyatt Place standards
• Be organized and attentive to detail
• Follow all safety practices within the role

Physical Requirements

Employees must be able to walk, sit, use hands for reaching, and stoop, kneel, or crouch. Must be able to lift/move up to 50 pounds occasionally and 20 pounds frequently. Specific vision abilities include close vision, color vision, and focus adjustment. Finger dexterity is required for operating office/IT equipment.
