What Your Day-to-Day Looks Like:
The Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining guest rooms to the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and comfort. Every day brings the opportunity to create a welcoming environment where guests feel cared for from the moment they enter their room.
Working as part of a collaborative Housekeeping team, you will clean and prepare guest rooms, replenish amenities, inspect rooms for quality, and report maintenance concerns to ensure every room is guest-ready. You will also assist with deep cleaning projects and support hotel operations while delivering service that reflects The Westgate Hotel's tradition of excellence.
