Overview

This position aims to provide exceptional service to both internal and external guests at all times. The responsibilities include maintaining the cleanliness of guest rooms, corridors, housekeeping storage, linen closets, and other assigned areas. The role requires adherence to department and company standards and serving as an ambassador for CoralTree Hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Be knowledgeable of all services/features and local attractions/activities to anticipate and respond to guest inquiries.
• Ensure the completion of all general cleaning duties as assigned; check in with supervisor for additional tasks throughout the shift.
• Stock cleaning carts, housekeeping storage, linen closets, and public areas with supplies and equipment.
• Maintain knowledge of proper equipment use and ensure safety, cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of assigned areas.
• Follow procedures for handling, cleaning, disposing of, or moving objects/materials, including blood, infectious materials, or bodily fluids, in accordance with OSHA standards.
• Report damages or maintenance issues and handle lost and found items per department procedures.
• Report to work on time and according to schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or at least six months of related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Previous hospitality experience in a Four Diamond organization is preferred.
• Ability to understand, speak, read, and write basic English.
• Availability to work varied shifts and flexible schedules.
