Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in quality assurance, housekeeping, or guest services.
• High School diploma or GED is required; bilingual candidates preferred.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow standardized inspection procedures.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret inspection data and guest feedback trends.
• Good communication and ability to work independently or in a team.

• Help develop and uphold quality standards, SOPs, and inspection practices.

What You’ll Do:

What You Bring:

1+ years of experience in quality assurance, housekeeping, or guest services (hospitality experience preferred).

Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Exceptional attention to detail and ability to follow standardized inspection procedures.

Basic analytical skills to interpret inspection data and guest feedback trends.
