Join our team as a Housekeeping Quality Specialist (Inspector), where you’ll play a vital role in elevating the cleanliness standards for excellence across the resort. In this impactful position, you’ll help ensure every space reflects the highest levels of cleanliness, quality, and attention to detail.
In this role, you'll conduct inspections, evaluate service delivery, and partner with multiple departments to identify opportunities for improvement. Your insights will help drive continuous enhancements, support corrective action plans, and ultimately shape the overall guest experience.
Pay: $21/hr
Location: 16461 Racquet Club Rd, Weston, FL 33326
Conduct detailed inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure everything meets brand and safety standards.
Help develop and uphold quality standards, SOPs, and inspection practices.
Document inspection results and deliver clear, actionable reports to leadership.
Partner with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Front Office teams to resolve service issues and implement corrective actions.
Monitor third-party housekeeping and laundry contractor performance.
Maintain proper inventory levels for linens and housewares to support occupancy demands.
Support internal and external audit readiness and follow up on key action items.
Assist with guest recovery efforts and manage lost-and-found processes.
Help train team members and promote a culture of service excellence.
1-2 years of experience in quality assurance, housekeeping, or guest services (hospitality experience preferred).
Background in Housekeeping, Guest Services, or Rooms Division a plus.
High School diploma or GED required; bilingual candidates strongly preferred.
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to follow standardized inspection procedures.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a collaborative team.
Proficiency with inspection tools, Microsoft Office, and guest feedback or reputation management systems.
