Responsibilities

• Inspect, track and provide feedback on staff performance to Housekeeping Management.
• Support staff according to staffing guides and occupancy rate.
• Ensure an attractive and clean facility for guests in rooms and all public areas, including offices and supply closets.
• Monitor daily progress of housekeeping curators; ensure training, policy familiarity, cleaning to standards, timely completion.
• Enforce correct use of chemicals and equipment; ensure safety guidelines.
