Premier Island Management Group is seeking a Housekeeping/QA Associate responsible for maintaining top-quality cleanliness and guest satisfaction at Pensacola Beach properties. The role emphasizes QA inspections, safety compliance, and positive guest interactions in a hospitality setting.

Responsibilities include daily room audits, staff supervision, and coordinating with maintenance and housekeeping to ensure pristine units for Premier Owners and guests.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• OSHA training certification preferred
• Ability to read, write, and speak English

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests in public spaces with a warm, friendly greeting.
• Inspect Premier rental accommodations for QA standards and cleanliness.
• Follow safety guidelines and report damages to management.
• Review daily room inventories and supply needs for the day.
• Supervise and train Junior and Senior Room Attendants.
• Maintain high-quality housekeeping and guest interaction standards.
