Join Our Team as a Housekeeping Associate!

Primary Purpose:As a Housekeeping Associate, you'll be a key player in creating exceptional experiences for our guests by ensuring cleanliness and comfort in public areas through friendly and timely service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain Cleanliness:Ensure guest rooms and public areas are spotless, including:
  • Removing used linens and terry
  • Disinfecting high-touch surfaces
  • Cleaning bathrooms, glass, and mirrors
  • Remaking beds with fresh linens
  • Replenishing supplies in rooms
  • Emptying wastebaskets and managing trash disposal
• Operate Equipment:Safely operate and maintain laundry and cleaning equipment.
• Organize Supplies:Stock storage and service carts with necessary supplies.
• Uphold Standards:Maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness in all work areas.
• Assist & Train:Help train new associates and support ongoing development.
• Deep Cleaning:Participate in deep cleaning and maintenance tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Prior housekeeping or relevant cleaning experience is preferred.
• Experience in customer service is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
• Flexible availability for day shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
