What You’ll Do

As a Housekeeping Associate, you’ll play a key role in making our guests feel right at home. You’ll help ensure every guest room and public area is clean, comfortable, and ready to impress.

Daily Responsibilities Include:

• Cleaning guest rooms and public areas following hotel standards

• Making beds, refreshing towels and linens, and restocking amenities

• Sanitizing high-touch surfaces and bathrooms

• Vacuuming, dusting, and polishing furniture and fixtures

• Replacing lightbulbs and reporting maintenance issues

• Removing trash and delivering laundry to designated areas

• Operating housekeeping carts and maintaining supply closets

• Following safety procedures and company policies

• Occasionally assisting with deep cleaning or special projects

• Helping train new team members as needed

What We’re Looking For

Preferred Experience:

• Prior housekeeping or professional cleaning experience

• Experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus

Preferred Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and 20 lbs regularly

• Comfortable with bending, squatting, walking, and standing for long periods

Other Requirements:

• Willingness to work a flexible schedule (including weekends and holidays)
