Job Description

Maintain cleanliness and service all public areas of the hotel, including restrooms, lobbies, and executive offices, in accordance with Omni Standards.

Responsibilities

1. Service the hotel lobbies throughout the day.
2. Maintain cleanliness of all public restrooms in lobby, lower lobby, and pool areas.
3. Service the executive offices.
4. Maintain men's and women's associate locker rooms.
5. Service lobby and lower lobby pre-function spaces.
6. Keep lobby balconies neat and clean at all times.
7. Ensure the main guest entrance is neat and clean at all times.
8. Maintain floral arrangements and plants, ensuring no debris in planters.
9. Keep all ash urns throughout the property neat and clean.
10. Maintain water fountains and phone stations in a clean and tidy condition.
11. Service guest and associate elevators.
12. Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and associates.
13. Complete any assigned special projects.
14. Report maintenance issues or concerns promptly.
