Job Description

+ Service and maintain the cleanliness of all public areas, including restrooms, lobbies, and executive offices, adhering to Omni Standards.

Responsibilities

1. Service hotel lobbies throughout the day.
2. Maintain cleanliness of all public restrooms in lobby, lower lobby, and pool areas.
3. Service executive offices.
4. Service men's and ladies' associate locker rooms.
5. Maintain lobby and lower lobby pre-function spaces.
6. Keep lobby balconies neat and clean at all times.
7. Ensure the main guest entrance is tidy and presentable.
8. Maintain floral arrangements and plants, ensuring they are neat and debris-free.
9. Keep ash urns and water fountain/phone stations clean and tidy.
10. Service guest and associate elevators.
11. Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and associates.
12. Complete any assigned special projects.
13. Report maintenance issues or concerns promptly.
