Job summary

Lorien Mount Airy is hiring a Housekeeping Porter/Floor Tech to join our Environmental Services team. You will provide daily floor care, clean common areas, and help maintain a safe, welcoming environment for residents. Hours are 7:00am–3:30pm with every-other weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Full Time, Part-Time, PRN availability.
• Schedule: 7a-3:30p.
• Every-other weekend availability (Sat/Sun).
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to lift up to 25–50 pounds with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily floor care services.
• Clean common areas—bathrooms, lobby, and shared spaces.
• Gather and take out garbage.
• Restock supplies and put away inventory orders.
• Use equipment to scrub/polish floors and shampoo carpets.
• Adhere to safety and health requirements.
• Trash collection.

Lorien Mount Airy is looking to hire a HousekeepingPorter/Floor Tech to join our existing cleaning staff.

As a Lorien team member, you are a vital part of our Environmental Services team, providing daily care to our building all while making sure our residents live in an clean and safe environment.
