Job summary

CRMG in Oregon is seeking a Housekeeping Porter for Plambeck Gardens, a 116-unit apartment community. The role focuses on cleaning and maintaining common areas, vacant units, and grounds, with a team-friendly approach.

This part-time position offers 20 hours per week, Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–12:00 PM, an hourly rate of $20.00–$22.00, and a monthly $25 cell phone stipend, plus benefits after 30 days.

Qualifications

• Previous janitorial experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques and products.
• Motivated, efficient, able to follow instructions and work independently or in a team.
• Ability to read, write, and understand labels on cleaning supplies.
• Awareness of landlord/tenant laws, state and federal laws, and Fair Housing laws.

CRMG is looking for a Housekeeping Porter with amazing attention to detail and a team player attitude to clean, pick up, and otherwise keep things looking beautiful at the 116-unit apartment community of Plambeck Gardens.

You will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining assigned areas of the property such as common areas, vacant apartments, and property grounds as directed by the Property Manager.

Location: Plambeck Gardens (Tualatin, OR)

Hourly Rate: $20.00-$22.00/hr

Schedule: Part-Time, Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-12:00PM

Weekly Contracted Hours: 20 hours

Additional Compensation: A monthly $25.00 cell phone stipend

Requirements:

What you will bring as the Housekeeping Porter (Job Responsibilities):

• Previous janitorial experience is preferred.

• Must be motivated, and efficient, and can follow instructions and work individually or as part of a team.
• The ability to read, write, and understand written instructions and labels on cleaning supplies.
• Awareness and ability to adhere to all landlord/tenant laws, State and Federal Laws, and Fair Housing Laws, and refrain from all illegal discrimination practices.
