Job summary

Four Seasons Nursing and Rehab Center in New York is seeking a hardworking Housekeeping Porter to maintain clean, safe, and disinfected environments for residents and staff. You will perform floor buffing, sweeping, mopping, dusting, trash removal, snow removal, and general cleaning as directed, reporting to the Director of Environmental of Care.

Shift varies: 7:00 am–3:00 pm and 3:00 pm–11:00 pm, requiring reliable teamwork with clinical and support staff.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate and understand simple directions in English.
• Must be able to read MSDS & chemical labels.
• Preferred Qualifications: 1-2 years’ experience cleaning in a Health Care environment preferred.
• Qualified candidates must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.

Four Seasons Nursing and Rehab Center is a five-star rated Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) seeking a hardworking anddedicated Housekeeping Porter

SHIFT: VARIES7:00 am to 3:00 pm / 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm

Primary responsibilities:

• Floor buffing
• Sweeping
• Mopping
• Hi dusting
• Chute trash removal
• General cleaning and disinfecting.
• Snow removal
• Other responsibilities as needed

All Housekeeping/Porter staff will report to the Director of Environmental of Care (EOC).

Minimum Qualifications:
Must be able to communicate and understand simple directions in English.

Qualified candidates must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.

Must be able to read MSDS & chemical labels.

Preferred Qualifications:
1-2 years’ experience cleaning in a Health Care environment preferred.
