Cherokee Nation Entertainment, including the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tulsa, seeks an Hotel Houseperson to support Room Attendants by preparing rooms, delivering linens, and maintaining supplies. You will respond to guest requests, follow safety procedures, and help uphold high cleanliness standards in a team-focused environment.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare guest rooms for cleaning by removing trash, collecting soiled linens, and replenishing supplies as needed.
• Deliver requested amenities and equipment to guest rooms, including rollaway beds, cribs, ironing boards, chairs, and portable refrigerators.
• Deliver laundry to and from the warehouse and maintain adequate linen supplies for Room Attendants.
• Keep housekeeping carts, linen closets, and storage areas clean, organized, and properly stocked.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout hotel hallways, vending areas, public spaces, walls, doors, and other assigned areas.
• Perform dusting, spot cleaning, trash removal, and other general housekeeping duties.
• Inspect and report damages, maintenance concerns, and safety hazards to the appropriate supervisor.
• Properly clean, maintain, and store housekeeping equipment and supplies at the end of each shift.
• Follow established cleaning procedures, chemical handling guidelines, and workplace safety standards.
• Respond to guest requests promptly and professionally while maintaining positive relationships with other departments.
• Complete required assignment sheets and return keys according to established procedures.
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
