Cherokee Nation Entertainment in Tulsa is seeking an entry-level Food & Beverage Attendant to greet guests, take orders, and handle payments with a friendly, efficient approach.

You will help keep dining areas clean and stocked, follow alcohol-safety rules, and contribute to a welcoming environment across Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tulsa venues managed by Cherokee Nation Entertainment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent required.
• Ability to obtain a food handler’s card.
• Ability to obtain a state-issued Alcoholic Beverage License.
• Requires lifting objects up to 50 lbs.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Take orders from guests in a proper, efficient, and friendly manner. Provide exceptional customer service to every guest.
• Perform financial transactions and process guest payments for all goods and services delivered.
• Maintain stock levels for the condiment area, dining room, and front counter.
• Uphold a safe and sanitary work environment. Maintain the cleanliness of your cashier station, menus, and all other necessary tools.
• Follow all alcohol safety standards, including checking identification to ensure minimum drinking age requirements are met.
• Promote a fun, friendly, quick, comfortable, clean, and safe environment ("The Big Six").
