Job summary

HHS is seeking an Assistant Director of Housekeeping at Worldmark, The Club Seventh Mountain Resort. You will lead a goal-oriented housekeeping department, creating a productive, rewarding team environment and a clean guest experience. No prior housekeeping experience is required, just a willingness to learn.

You will recruit, train, and manage staff, coach on inspections, and collaborate with leadership to meet budget and compliance goals while promoting retention and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of hospitality management or relevant experience.
• High school diploma/GED is required or equivalent.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership that supports a team environment with morale, quality, and respect.
• Lead and manage training, development, assignments, and schedules.
• Perform daily inspections and coach team members.
• Recruit team members reflecting company values to support retention.
