Peachtree Group in Annapolis, MD is seeking a Housekeeping Manager to oversee the housekeeping department, plan staffing, scheduling, training, and development of hourly staff, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local standards.

You will manage daily operations, direct team members to achieve guest satisfaction, supervise staff, handle hiring and disciplinary actions, manage supplies and inventory, uphold safety standards, and prepare the annual budget.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a housekeeping team and managing daily operations.
• Knowledge of OSHA and safety standards.
