Job summary

HHS Exceptional Hospitality, LLC seeks an Operations Manager for Ocean Oak-Hilton Grand Vacations to lead a resort housekeeping team in Hilton Head Island. No prior housekeeping experience is required, but a willingness to learn and strong leadership is essential.

You will recruit, train, and schedule staff, perform daily inspections, and collaborate with resort leadership to meet goals and budgets while maintaining a guest-focused, high-quality environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hospitality management or relevant experience.
• High school diploma/GED or equivalent.
• Willing to relocate for promotion opportunities.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist with leading a goal-oriented resort housekeeping department to create a productive, team environment.
• Provide leadership that supports morale, quality, and respect.
• Lead and manage team member training, development, and scheduling.
• Perform daily inspections and coach team members.
