Job summary

HHS is seeking an Assistant Director of Housekeeping, Resorts in a full-time capacity in Beachwoods Condominium Association. You will help lead a goal-oriented housekeeping department to foster a productive and rewarding team environment while ensuring guest comfort during their vacations.

No prior housekeeping experience is required, but a willingness to learn and strong leadership will be essential for success.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hospitality management or relevant experience.
• High school diploma/GED and completion of a craft apprenticeship, or an equivalent number of years in the hospitality industry.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Computer experience with word processing, spreadsheets, and various software.
• Willing to relocate for promotion opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage team member training, development, assignments, and schedules.
• Perform daily inspections and coach and counsel team members.
• Recruit team members who reflect our values and create a positive work environment that supports retention.
