Qualifications

• At least 5 years progressive hotel experience or related field, or relevant degrees with more years.
• Supervisory experience is required.
• Proficiency in Windows OS, spreadsheets and word processing.
• Must have a valid driver's license for the applicable state.
• Ability to convey information clearly and communicate effectively.
• Ability to evaluate alternatives quickly and accurately.
• Capable of handling high-pressure situations calmly.

Responsibilities

• Direct the housekeeping department to ensure efficient hotel operations.
• Ensure clean, well-maintained guestrooms, public areas, and laundry.
• Schedule staff and manage payroll reporting.
• Train, coach and evaluate housekeeping staff per SOPs.
• Monitor compliance with safety and brand standards.
• Respond to guest requests promptly and professionally.
• Lead monthly department meetings and performance reviews.
