Qualifications

• Must be able to speak, read, write and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace.
• Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Knowledgeable with carpet care and floor care.
• Some experience with carpet and floor care equipment preferred.
• Knowledgeable with cleaning chemicals and supply equipment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and inspect the cleaning of guest rooms, public areas and back of the house to achieve high cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
• Issue assignments to staff and manage special requests for a smooth workflow.
• Ensure VIP and Marriott Bonvoy rooms are ready and inspected by 1pm.
• Assist with scheduling and purchasing of guest room and hotel supplies as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of hallways, elevators, and public areas.
• Support room attendants and handle guest requests throughout the day.
• Enforce safety and sanitation guidelines; comply with CDC and local ordinances.
