Qualifications

• Experience managing housekeeping operations

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily activities of the Housekeeping department
• Plan, organize, and direct team members to ensure guest satisfaction
• Supervise housekeeping employees, hire and terminate staff as needed, and enforce policies
• Purchase, re-order and maintain housekeeping supplies and inventory
• Knowledge of OSHA and safety standards within the Housekeeping department
• Prepare Annual Housekeeping Budget
